Due to a “scheduling error”, Alleycat’s Michael Slade will not be appearing behind the bar tonight at State with DJ Wayne Michael. While we still caught him last night at Alleycat, we were still looking forward to getting a double-shot o’ Slade this weekend!
Somehow we think there’s more to this story, isn’t “schedule error” just code for something else?

Slade seemed more concerned with the fact that he was charged $10 to get into the DL block party. Salt was rubbed into that wound when he found out the rest of the Alleycat staff didn’t pay. I digress.
DJ Wayne must be too used to Boston and P-Town. Although he has come a long way from mixing up sounds on his Mac back in his Fall River apartment.
State was somewhat consistent throughout the night, then again so was Alley Cat.
I think people were still hungover from Friday night at Lupo’s with Amanda LePore. Honestly doubt Michael Slade’s following is as big as his ego.
DJ Wayne Michael on the other hand… who? Anyway, technically speaking, a good DJ. The songs, however, not right for the night or the venue.
Note to all DJs: KNOW YOUR SPACE AND AUDIENCE!
Heard the swine flew might of been started by Haxton since he is such a “Piss Pig” It did start with Pigs Right???
I wonder how the night went over there, Since Slade has such a foollowing and lots of people were going there to see him. Alleycat was busy up till midnight (did everyone leave to go to State at that time ? They usually leave State at midnight and go… who knows where)

It is ok that Michael skipped last night. Wayne is not a very good DJ. I never go any club when he plays
its Swine Flu.

Sometimes it really is a scheduling error.
Then again, sometimes it’s not. So, hrmm… Something to investigate, I guess?
